The Role of a User Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a seasoned User Acquisition Manager to join our team and take on the challenge of driving profitable growth through targeted campaigns, smart bidding, and continuous creative improvement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple channels – ensuring every dollar spent yields measurable revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and continuously optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across high-performance ad networks.
  • Manage budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS), not just installs or click-through rates.
  • Analyze deep-funnel metrics (e.g., payer conversion, average revenue per user, lifetime value) and adjust strategy based on true value generation.
  • Run sophisticated creative testing and iterate on high-performing ad types (video, static, playable).
  • Build robust attribution models and cohort analyses using advanced analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with product teams on monetization strategies, funnel optimization, and lifetime value-boosting features.
  • Report weekly on spend, performance, forecast accuracy, and opportunities to improve efficiency.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of user acquisition experience in casual mobile games or performance marketing with a strong ROAS mandate.
  • Expertise with Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns, and rewarded video networks.
  • Track record of scaling user acquisition with positive unit economics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with fluency in Excel, cohort models, cost per acquisition/lifetime value analysis, and predictive ROAS models.
  • Familiarity with attribution platforms and key metrics (ARPU, ARPDAU, retention).
  • Experience running campaigns on both Android and iOS; comfort with SKAN and IDFA constraints.
  • Strong sense of creative testing strategy and knowledge of what works in casual game ads.
