As an IT Services Consultant, you will provide superior support for client technology environments. This includes capturing requirements, infrastructure operations, adopting new technologies, performing enterprise administration tasks, providing onsite and remote support, and troubleshooting business application issues.

Some specific responsibilities include:

  • Capturing client requirements
  • Infrastructure operations and management
  • Auditing and implementing new technologies
  • Performing enterprise administration and engineering tasks
  • Providing onsite and remote technical support
  • Troubleshooting business application issues

Additionally, as an IT Services Consultant, you will receive mentoring from our experienced team and have access to various technology and training resources. You will be exposed to multiple aspects of our Technology Consulting Practices, including architecture design, best practices, and client engagement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree or Certification in IT related field
  • 3-5 years of experience with Windows 10, Windows Server, virtualization, server management, storage, and basic networking
  • Experience in large, complex environments with multiple locations
  • Familiarity with standard IT practices and policies
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and processes
  • Eagerness to contribute

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Strong judgment, issues management, and problem analysis techniques
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to balance priorities

RSM offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We also offer opportunities for growth and development, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive team environment.

Please note that this role requires willingness to work from office (hybrid) and potentially on night shifts, specifically between 2:30 AM and 11:30 AM IST.
