Logistics Product Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Logistics Product Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving business growth through efficient logistics and warehouse management.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the product backlog, defining features, and prioritizing by business value. They will work closely with stakeholders to agree on priorities within their domain and build plans to deliver against those priorities. Key responsibilities will include managing products within the supply chain ERP, which includes SAP Logistics Execution, 3PL Integration, Labeling, temperature management solutions, and being recognized as the go-to leader and trusted advisor for the product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the product backlog and define features in line with business requirements">
• Prioritize tasks by business value and collaborate with stakeholders to agree on priorities">
• Build plans to deliver against those priorities and monitor products to ensure value is being realized">
• Take ownership of products within the supply chain ERP, including SAP Logistics Execution, 3PL Integration, Labeling, and temperature management solutions">
• Be recognized as the go-to leader and trusted advisor for the product suite">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ">
• Solid SAP configuration experience in LE (Logistics Execution), IM (Inventory Management), and WM (Warehouse Management) modules, particularly with HUM (Handling Unit Management) and RF (Radio Frequency)">
• Proven ability to engage with business process owners to understand business needs and priorities, lead requirement gathering and analysis, and design solutions leveraging appropriate tools and platforms">
• Experience in implementing large and complex SAP projects, solution build, configuration, and delivery to meet business requirements">
• Expert hands-on experience in developing SAP solutions using configuration in Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management modules">
• Demonstrated breadth of knowledge and solution delivery experience across end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes and its integration points with other processes like SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management Procurement), QM (Quality Management), PP (Production)">
• Experience with integrations with Logistics and 3PL applications and labeling solutions">
• Knowledge and understanding of local legal and fiscal requirements and their implications on ERP">
• Demonstrated ability to understand logistics, inventory, warehouse, and manufacturing processes and their role to support business operations">
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in large, complex cross-functional teams, building relationships across different stakeholders and functional groups">
• Good presentation skills, solution-oriented, problem-solving, dynamic, flexible, team player, and result-driven">
• Flexibility to work across different time zones and available to travel">
