Job Overview

This role entails managing designing projects for 12 to 15 projects on a monthly basis, utilizing a team of 6 to 10 designers. Key objectives include fostering design productivity, providing training and design discussions as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage designing projects with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Oversee and ensure the productivity and work output of a team of designers.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain high standards of design quality through regular feedback and evaluations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to designers as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design is preferred.
  • Masters or specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management is desired.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer/Project Manager is necessary.
  • Proven track record of delivering at least 10 residential/interior projects from start to finish.
