Design Architect Position Overview

This role is a vital component of our organization's success, responsible for creating architectural designs and managing design projects. The successful candidate will oversee the entire architectural process from conception to completion to ensure high-quality outcomes.

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Design Architect to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing construction drawings, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that all architectural projects meet our high standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement architectural designs for various projects.
  • Manage design projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers and engineers, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Create and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and other documentation as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the architecture and design industry, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Expertise in architectural design and design management, with strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, BIM systems, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
