Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment. As a Business Visionary, you will be responsible for leading a team of contractors that manage funnels, execute email campaigns, update websites, design and implement workflows of an Applicant Tracking System.

Responsibilities include operations and systems management, project and performance management, team leadership and support, strategic and data-driven decision making, client success management, and risk and resource management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in online software and technical tools
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, systems, and people management
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience
  • OBM certification
  • Fluency in English
  • Tech-savviness
  • Analytical skills
  • System orientation
