Senior Inventory Planning Lead

Job Description:

As a Senior Inventory Planning Lead, you will be responsible for developing end-to-end inventory plans that drive category growth and profitability. You will lead monthly planning cycles to realign sales forecasts and intake plans, manage Open-to-Buy (OTB), and ensure optimal stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop inventory plans that support business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional projects to enhance business processes and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and scalability

Requirements and Qualifications:

8+ years of relevant experience in category planning, MBA/NIFT from Tier-1/Tier-2 B-School, strong stakeholder management skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, self-directed focus, and ability to prioritize within an ambiguous environment.
