We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to lead cross-functional initiatives.

This individual will have 8–10 years of project management experience with strong leadership and communication skills. Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems is a plus but not mandatory.

The ideal candidate will be able to drive multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensure seamless project execution, and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project planning, scoping, and execution for various business and IT initiatives.
  • Define project goals, success criteria, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Organize and lead steering committee meetings and project status updates.
  • Track budget, resource allocation, and project performance metrics.
  • Maintain and share project documentation with relevant stakeholders.
  • Partner with business and IT teams on process improvements and systems integrations.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of project management experience across business or technology domains.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to SAP environments (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, SAP Analytics Cloud) or other ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with ERP implementations, data migration projects, or system integrations.
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
