Senior Scrum Master/Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Scrum Master with experience in project management to lead our international project in Chennai. This is a full remote position, and the candidate must be fluent in English.

The successful candidate will conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive project progress. Additionally, they will assist the team in understanding and implementing agile principles and practices, identify and resolve obstacles that hinder progress, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects using agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to ensure iterative and flexible delivery;
  • Create metrics and dashboards using Azure DevOps;
  • Experience with PeopleSoft is an advantage;
  • Experience in leading and guiding small to medium-sized development teams;
  • Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives;
  • Ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree;
  • Certified Scrum Master with +5 years of experience;
  • +5 years of experience as Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, etc.):
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to foster a productive work environment;
  • Fluent in English;
