We are seeking a skilled professional to collaborate with us on delivering end-to-end digital, engineering, and manufacturing solutions.

This role involves building or enhancing Python-based enterprise applications ranging from IoT data pipelines and RPA bots to backend APIs and analytics platforms.

  • Lead the development of complex Python applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Architect and design software components and microservices using Python and related technologies.
  • Review code, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
  • Implement best practices in coding/debugging/clean and reusable code writing skills.
  • Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Python programming language with Django framework.
  • Understanding of object-oriented design principles.
  • Experience in Java is an added advantage.
  • Good coding/debugging/clean and reusable code writing skills.
  • Experience with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate or JPA.
  • Understanding of code security/authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  • Experience with database-driven development using PostgreSQL database.
  • Leadership experience and ability to provide technical guidance.
  • Experience building enterprise applications.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Experience in Bootstrap 4 and jQuery is an added advantage.
  • Experience in Human Resource Information Systems is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Microservices architecture and design patterns.
