Job Title: Project Manager

About the Role:
  • You'll coordinate projects, teams, and processes effectively.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

You will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, managing resources, and maintaining open communication with stakeholders. Your experience and leadership skills will enable you to lead project teams of various sizes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Coordination: Ensure all projects meet deadlines, stay within scope, and align with budgets.
  2. Scope Definition: Assist in defining project objectives, involving relevant internal stakeholders.
  3. Resource Allocation: Guarantee resource availability and efficient allocation.
  4. Project Planning: Develop detailed plans to track progress and monitor performance.
  5. Team Management: Coordinate the work of project teams, including developers, designers, and QA specialists.
  6. Task Management: Allocate tasks, ensure JIRA boards are up-to-date, and manage delivery team workload.
  7. Meetings and Communication: Facilitate daily project stand-ups, team meetings, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
  8. Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and minimize their impact.
  9. Stakeholder Management: Keep clients and management informed about project progress through regular status reports.
  10. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant project management experience.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide project teams of varying sizes.
  • An understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving, critical thinking, risk management, and multitasking.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and other project management software tools.
  • Ability to break down complex projects into manageable components, allocate tasks, and write acceptance criteria.
