Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) and Independent Program Assurance (IPA) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management office or independent program assurance, with at least 2-6 years of experience. They should possess excellent technical knowledge and day-to-day functioning skills required for PMO, including certification in project management domains like Prince2 or PMP.

The successful candidate will have good business process knowledge and outstanding communication skills. Experience in Big4 firms such as EY, PwC, or Deloitte, or service-based companies like Infosys, HCL, Siemens, IBM, Accenture, Wipro, TCS, would be advantageous. Proficiency in project management tools like Primavera, MPP, and visualization tools like Jira, ALM, Asana, is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex projects and/or programs that align with client expectations and business needs, involving multiple disciplines and significant business process re-engineering efforts.
  • Create comprehensive project plans with milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate project operations, maintain excellent communication with stakeholders, and address any difficulties or conflicts that emerge.
  • Monitor project progress and performance indicators, identify risks, and implement mitigation techniques as necessary.
  • Communicate project scope, goals, and responsibilities to project teams.
  • Establish clear stakeholders' expectations and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain reporting procedures.
  • Conduct regular project evaluations and issue status reports to management and stakeholders.
As Part of Project Quality Assessment Activities
  • Conduct independent reviews and assessments of project and program activities to ensure they meet organizational standards, rules, and best practices.
  • Assess project management processes, controls, and documentation to identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions.
  • Provide recommendations and guidance to project teams regarding risk management, compliance needs, performance optimization, and quality assurance techniques.
  • Create and maintain program assurance frameworks, processes, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish key performance indicators and metrics for monitoring program performance.
  • Facilitate lessons and learned sessions to capture insights and identify areas for continuous improvements.

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from ₹7,00,000 to ₹12,00,000 based on location and experience. Please note that salaries may vary depending on individual qualifications and company policies.
