Credentialing Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced professionals with a strong background in provider credentialing and enrollment. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a remote work environment and are committed to maintaining clear communication.

• Manage Provider Credentialing and Enrollment: The selected candidate will be responsible for managing provider credentialing and enrollment, including filing letters of interest and completing applications.
• Engage with Payers: Engage with payers via calls and emails to process individual and group applications.
• Submit Required Documentation: Submit required documentation for private commercial payors, Medicare, Medicaid, and other plans.
• Maintain Regular Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring active provider status.
• Handle End-to-End Processes: Handle end-to-end processes for creating and maintaining provider details on platforms like CAQH, PECOS, and Availity.
• Manage Application and Renewal Processes: Manage application and renewal processes for provider licenses, including Professional and DEA licenses.

Requirements:

• A Minimum of 5 Years of Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in provider credentialing and enrollment.
• Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently remotely.
• Proficiency in Using Credentialing Portals: Proficiency in using credentialing portals and managing associated documentation.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills to engage with clients and payers.
