  • Manage the customization development process with Ramco Systems, validating URDs, estimating effort, and negotiating SLAs.
  • Ensure efficient ERP integrations with systems like MES, DMS, PLM, and other satellite systems.
  • Lead a team of professionals, focusing on talent development and engagement.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in ERP implementation and management.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle e-Business Suite, SAP, Ramco, and MS Dynamics.
  • BE, MCA, or MBA degree required.
