Senior Supply Chain Planner

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Demand Planner to join its global team. This strategic role drives accurate demand forecasting, optimized inventory management, and seamless supply chain execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Demand Forecasting: Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insights.
- Lead monthly forecast review meetings and drive consensus across business functions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align supply and demand.
- Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identify root causes for variances, and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
- Leverage Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and planning tools to create data-driven, actionable plans.
- At least 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations, preferably in manufacturing or electronics.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with global teams and time zones is an asset.
