EDI Administration Specialist Role Summary

This EDI administration specialist role is responsible for enhancing electronic data interchange processes across enterprise systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot EDI transactions with business applications (ERP, supply chain, finance, etc.).
  • Manage trading partner onboarding and maintain EDI maps, specifications, and communication protocols.
  • Analyze and resolve EDI-related issues with business teams in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with EDI standards and company policies, including data security and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with vendors, IT teams, and external partners to support integration projects.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flows and technical specs.
  • Support audits, testing, and validation of new or modified EDI processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience in supply chain logistics or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based EDI platforms or integration tools.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
