Workforce integration is a critical component of modern business operations, requiring skilled professionals to design and implement effective technical solutions. As a Workforce Integration Specialist, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between different systems and applications, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.

Job Description:
The Workforce Integration Specialist will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and developing custom integration solutions using APIs, web services, and other technologies. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop interfaces using APIs to connect customers with HCM applications
• Assist customers in all integration processes and design architecture programs
• Perform unit and system testing of configured applications
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand concerns and provide solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration processes
• Proven knowledge of Workforce and certification in Workforce – Integration (PT103 Certification desired)
• Advanced level JavaScript professional with experience working with SQL and writing basic queries
• Working knowledge of SOAP and Restful Web Services Implementation
• Strong understanding of SSO Federations and HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance systems
