      • Data-Driven Decision Making
        • Analyze performance metrics, track progress, and pivot quickly to maximize growth opportunities.
        • Content Creation and Community Building
          • Design engaging content (emails, posts, one-pagers, case studies) to capture attention and build trust with our audience.
          • Cross-Functional Collaboration
            • Work closely with founders, product, and marketing teams to translate growth insights into actionable product enhancements and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a growth function.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including funnels, conversion, paid/organic growth levers.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and data analysis.
  • Ability to hustle and take initiative, embracing challenges and learning from experiences.
  • Bonus: prior experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, or AI tools is highly valued.
