We are seeking a professional with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX to support our enterprise application environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on data extraction, transformation, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and support all core Dynamics AX modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Inventory Management (IM), Fixed Assets (FA), and Projects.
  • Work independently to analyze concepts after an initial knowledge transfer.
  • Debug existing AX customizations to ensure seamless integration.
  • Identify and understand business logic in X++ and SQL.
  • Extract and transform data from Microsoft SQL Server for informed decision-making.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and migration to achieve high-performance results.
  • Implement pre- and post-validation to guarantee data quality.
  • Document SQL processes, data mappings, and validation steps for future reference.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012 or later).
  • Strong understanding of X++ development and AX architecture.
  • Proficiency in MS SQL Server and query optimization.
  • Experience with data migration, transformation, and validation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
  • Expertise in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing scripts.
  • Solid grasp of stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
  • Knowledge of data conversion best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with other database systems is an asset.
