Software Development Opportunities

We're seeking talented professionals to join our team in software development. This role involves working on a wide range of projects, from developing high-quality software products to collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support high-quality software products used by various teams within the organization.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define business requirements, develop project timelines and budgets, and create acceptance criteria, testing plans, training plans, and change management plans.
  • Contribute to the development of plans for development activities and translate those into actionable projects, including releases, required modifications, and discretionary enhancements to support the application life cycle.
  • Work closely with business clients, IT business partners, and other IT functions to deliver digital capabilities.
  • Take ownership of releases from design to deployment and successful production run, including coordination with operations teams to deploy applications to various environments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A strong commitment to a career in technology with a passion for healthcare.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to understand business needs, and commitment to delivering the best user experience and adoption.
  • 3+ years of software development experience in full SDLC process, involving analysis, design, development, testing, and production.
  • Proven experience as a full-stack developer or similar role.
  • Ability to learn, design, and implement new technologies.
  • Experience leading and mentoring small teams of highly skilled technical developers.
  • Experience designing and implementing business-critical applications within cloud ecosystems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP.
  • Experience as a Python/node.js developer.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
  • Strong knowledge of relational database technologies such as MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
  • Strong knowledge of NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, Amazon DynamoDB, and Cassandra.
  • Knowledge of source code repositories like SVN, GitHub, Bitbucket.
  • Knowledge of designing and implementing n-tier applications in both cloud and on-prem environments.
