Job Opportunity:

Data Engineering is a dynamic field that involves designing and building robust data pipelines to process channel activity data from multiple sources. Data Engineers work on AWS cloud infrastructure using services like PySpark, Glue, EMR, Lambda, Redshift, Athena, and Iceberg.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality data pipelines for processing channel activity data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective data ingestion and processing.
  • Design and implement scalable and efficient data solutions using Python and big data technologies.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions related to data lakes, data warehouses, and big data ecosystems.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and integrity across all data systems.
  • Engage in continuous learning and adapting of new technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • AWS: Proven experience with AWS technologies and services.
  • Python: Strong proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and pipeline development.
  • Big Data Platforms: Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop and Terradata.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret complex data from different digital channels.
  • Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills for working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex data-related challenges.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills for documentation and collaboration.
