Job Title

Performance testing is a crucial aspect of ensuring the optimal performance and scalability of software applications.

As a Performance Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing tests to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in our systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Three years of experience working as a Performance Engineer or related experience with high-traffic, large-scale distributed systems, client-server architectures.
  • One year of experience in software application development or test automation.

Preferred skills and qualifications include:

  • Exposure to application architecture, design, capacity planning, and application performance best practices.
  • Familiarity with Structured Query Language (SQL), C, C++, C#, or Java programming, and automated testing methodologies.
  • Understanding of performance analysis and testing processes, hands-on experience with load testing tools like HP LoadRunner, and experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk.

Additional skills include experience with other tools and frameworks such as Fiddler, Dynatrace, JMeter, Hammer, Performance Center.
