About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled API Management Developer to join our team. This role involves designing and implementing robust integration solutions using API management tools, developing and maintaining APIs with secure architecture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define processes and methodologies for product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Integration Solutions: Implement seamless data exchange between systems using API management tools, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Maintain Secure APIs: Develop and maintain APIs with secure architecture, focusing on REST API, API lifecycle management, security, and API gateway patterns.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define processes and methodologies for product adoption, driving business success through effective collaboration.
Technical Requirements:
  • Integration Expertise: Strong experience in integration implementation and architecture, ensuring efficient data flow.
  • API Management Tools: Hands-on experience with API management tools, preferably IBM API Connect (APIC), streamlining API development and deployment.
  • Observability Concepts: Familiarity with Observability concepts, Open Telemetry, and Splunk, enabling proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Articulation and Presentation: Strong presentation and articulation skills, including technical documentation and guideline writing, facilitating clear understanding and adoption.
