Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle C2M architect to design enterprise utility architectures and lead large-scale utility implementations.

About the Role:

  • Familiarity with Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Meter Data Management (MDM), Service and Asset-based architecture within C2M, Field Service Integration, Smart Grid Gateway for head-end system integration, and meter-to-cash processes.
  • Strong understanding of billing, meter reads, usage processing, VEE, exceptions handling, and service orders.
  • Knowledge of Customer Information Systems (CIS), MDM, and utility operations.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and Oracle MFT.
  • Familiarity with Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture.
  • Strong experience in data modeling, batch processing, schema design, and validation rules within Oracle Utilities applications.
  • Understanding of Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, and performance optimization techniques.

Leadership Qualities:

  • Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and architecture blueprints.
  • Proven track record of delivering Oracle Utilities solutions in large-scale utility implementations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – both technical and business-facing.
