Technical Network Administrator

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous network administrator to oversee the management of client software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely response to all service tickets raised by clients.
- Maintenance of quality parameters for efficient solutioning.
- Custodianship of client equipment to ensure proper functioning and upkeep.
- Monitoring of ticket volumes and resolution within defined timeframes.
- Root cause analysis and action planning to resolve issues.
- Acceptance and immediate resolution of high-priority tickets.
- Provision of application and user access as per client requirements.
- Tracking of tickets from acceptance to resolution stages.
- Timely backup of important data and logs.
- Coordination with on-site teams for complex problem resolution.
- Review of chat logs to ensure timely servicing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong technical knowledge of software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
