Exciting Digital Transformation Role

Are you a curious and ambitious individual passionate about new technology, AI, automation, and digital content creation? Do you have the drive to research, test, and implement tools and the creativity to help us implement our digital transformation strategy?

Key responsibilities include:

  • Exploring and testing new technologies such as AI, RPA, BPA, agents, and digital tools.
  • Supporting implementation and roll-outs of new systems including pilot testing, feedback, and user support.
  • Creating digital training materials such as short videos, tutorials, and guides to support our Digital Training Academy.
  • Documenting solutions and sharing knowledge to help staff adopt new tools with confidence.
  • Assisting IT with troubleshooting and support when required.
  • Tracking and monitoring licenses and costs for digital tools.
  • Collaborating with HR and the training team to identify critical digital skills and develop appropriate training resources.
  • Providing input into new technology-focused projects as part of our transformation journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A diploma or degree in IT, AI, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Knowledge of or exposure to automation platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or similar.
  • Experience using AI tools and agents such as ChatGPT, copilots, Auto Gpt, or equivalent.
  • Digital content creation skills to create engaging digital learning material.
  • Basic technical and process troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with resilience and urgency to find practical effective solutions.
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new technologies.
  • Quick learner with good communication and listening skills in English.
  • Sound administrative skills to track exploration, learning, roll-outs, and licenses.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently.
