Deliver Intuitive User Experiences

The role requires a UX designer focused on delivering user-centric experiences across digital platforms.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UX process from research and ideation to prototyping and design execution.
  • Design high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes (Figma).
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights to refine design solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders for implementation.
  • Maintain information architecture and consistent UX patterns across products.
  • Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback.
  • Monitor UX metrics and continuously improve design outcomes.

  • Drive design-led innovation to improve user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Create scalable, personalized UX systems tailored to user behavior and preferences.
  • Lead behavioural research across diverse micro-personas.
  • Help define motion UX to enhance interactivity and engagement.
  • Set up AI-enabled workflows to boost design efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture, or equivalent practical experience.
