Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EHS consultant to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in SAP EHS functional and have been part of 3+ SAP EHS implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work as a subject matter expert (SME) in end-to-end software global development and implementation projects.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and functional requirement specifications in accordance with approved IT architecture.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.
  • Support delivery manager and platform analyst in evaluating solution feasibility, solution design, and high-level estimation.
  • Develop and provide required user training for the implemented application.
  • Collaborate with business, architects, and platform analyst to elaborate on requirements.
  • Prior to UAT, validate that the solution meets business requirements.
  • Responsible to validate test plan and functional test cases and sign off acceptance of the product.
  • Promptly escalate issues that affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence.
  • Responsible for software quality, compliance, and regulatory aspects of the solution.
  • Ensure seamless business operations support (third-line support) when needed.
  • Drive business process harmonization using industry best practices.
  • Should be able to look beyond the current scope of work and propose newer IT business propositions to stakeholders and recommend innovations to platform providers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Candidate must have 6+ years of experience in SAP EHS functional.
  • Candidate should have been part of 3+ SAP EHS implementations.
  • Responsible for risk assessments, EHS audit, product safety, and dangerous goods. Functional consulting and process knowledge in these areas are required.
