Job Summary

This role plays a pivotal part in driving the organization's governance, risk and compliance (GRC) program forward.

  • The primary focus of this position is to facilitate the implementation of GRC across the enterprise, ensuring seamless integration with operational activities.
  • A key responsibility will be to review risk and controls, providing comprehensive coverage of the risk universe at an activity level and assessing the adequacy of controls to mitigate operational & technology failures and regulatory noncompliance.
  • This individual will also participate in the design of registers/templates and workflows in the GRC tool, aiming to provide a unified view of risk at the entity level.
Main Responsibilities
  • Lead risk assessments and profiling for business units and operational activities
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and adapt risk management practices accordingly
  • Ensure policies/processes are designed to comply with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand processes and facilitate documentation of controls
  • Provide oversight and challenge business units on risk management practices.
  • Carry out risk aggregation exercise to provide unified view of risk
  • Promote the use of advanced technologies and data analytics in risk management
  • Act as a key point of contact for risk-related matters pertaining to business and operations
