Job Overview:
We seek an experienced Executive Admin & Accounts professional to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, proficiency in Tally, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general administration tasks, including office management, accounting, and liaisoning with auditors.
- Assist in administrative duties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive reputation for the company.
- Develop and implement effective organizational systems, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
- Certification in Tally.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
