About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Shopify Developer to join our team. As a Shopify Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Shopify themes and apps.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality Shopify themes and apps.
  • Customize existing themes to meet specific client requirements.
  • Implement best practices for Shopify storefronts, focusing on performance, user experience (UX), and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Develop custom functionalities and integrate third-party apps and APIs to extend Shopify's capabilities.
  • Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and reusable code in Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Debug and resolve issues, perform regular maintenance, and ensure the ongoing stability and security of Shopify platforms.
Requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of proven experience as a Shopify Developer.
  • Strong hands-on experience with the Shopify platform, including theme development, app integration, and API usage.
  • Proficient in Liquid, HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/SCSS), and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience working with Shopify's Storefront API, Admin API, and other relevant APIs.
  • Solid understanding of eCommerce best practices, payment gateways, shipping configurations, and SEO principles for online stores.
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
