Product Design & Development Role

We're seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to lead the product design and development process. This dynamic role requires a creative thinker with expertise in Webflow, capable of shaping our digital presence and ensuring seamless user experiences across all platforms.

  • The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end design processes for new product features, from concept to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
  • They will translate complex financial concepts into simple, intuitive interfaces and conduct user research to inform design decisions.
  • A comprehensive understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design is essential.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into beautiful, functional user interfaces.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • UX/UI Design: 2+ years of professional experience in designing digital products, including web and mobile applications.
  • Webflow Expertise: 2-3+ years of hands-on experience developing and managing complex websites in Webflow, with a strong portfolio showcasing projects that demonstrate expertise in building component structures, dynamic content, and sophisticated interactions.
  • Figma Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system in Figma to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive user-centric design solutions.
  3. Continuously optimize and improve our company websites using Webflow, focusing on exceptional performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
