A position has become available for a skilled and motivated professional to join our dynamic team.

We are seeking someone who is self-driven, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Inverter installation training and maintenance support;
  2. Providing technical assistance via phone calls and emails to customers;
  3. Remote or on-site inverter troubleshooting and defect identification;
  4. Collecting and reporting after-sales support data to management;
  5. Other tasks assigned by the team leader.

Requirements for this position include:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in electronics or electrical engineering;
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar industry;
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English;
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the year.
