Technical Assistant

Job Description:

As a Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in our manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining proper hygienic conditions before entering the manufacturing area.
  • FOLLOWing the manufacturing area entry and exit procedure properly.
  • Participating in training sessions as necessary to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Cleaning and operating GMP washer, vial washing machine, Depyrogenation tunnel, and maintaining records.
  • Cleaning and operating vial filling machine, lyophilizer, automatic loading/unloading system, and maintaining records.
  • Performing on-line in-process checks as per SOP.
  • Cleaning areas as per SOP and maintaining records.
  • Cleaning and operating Mfg./Holding vessels as per SOP and maintaining records.
  • Cleaning, operating, and loading autoclave according to routine and production plans.
  • Verifying filter integrity for hydrophilic/hydrophobic and disk filters as per routine and production plan.
  • Conducting particle monitoring as per routine and production plan.
  • Cleaning and operating vial capping machine and maintaining records.
  • Labeling areas and equipment properly as per SOP.
  • Checking calibration schedules for measuring instruments and informing supervisors.
  • Recording temperatures and humidity levels in manufacturing areas.
  • Participating in equipment qualification activities.
  • Informing supervisors of any deviations from approved processes.
  • Following good documentation practices during documentation.
  • Maintaining area and equipment logs as per SOP.
  • Ensuring plant-wide cGMP compliance.
Additional Responsibilities:

Assuming additional responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry.
