Contract Management Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Management Specialist to manage the processing of revenue-generating contracts. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and industry requirements while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Validate and execute contracts in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate customer records within SAP and other systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Legal, Credit, and Deal Desk to address contract-related queries and issues.
  • Support customer account management and business consultation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in contract operations, Quote to Cash, Order Management, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with contract validation, execution, and revenue generation processes.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar systems for contract management and customer account maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
