Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to drive business growth by providing actionable insights and recommendations through data analysis.

Data Analysis Responsibilities:

  • Identify problem statements that can be solved through data analysis and visualizations using advanced analytics platforms.
  • Work with various stakeholders to understand problem statements, extract data from relevant sources, and provide inputs to improve data collection and validation.
  • Assess data quality and identify ways to improve it. Develop automated scripts for cleaning and validation.
  • Showcase insights as data visualizations to drive decision making. Build data repositories and maintain the integrity of datasets.
  • Braintstorm ideas and create prototypes of future tools and products.
  • Write queries to fetch data from different types of data sources.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of work experience involving logical thinking, data analytics, quantitative analysis, and algorithm optimization.
  • Skills: Understanding of Database, advanced analytics (especially data visualization), application programming languages such as Python, R, etc. Knowledge of advanced analytics platforms is an added advantage.
