Expert Control Systems Professional

This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing the control and instrumentation systems in chemical processing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize performance of control systems to enhance productivity and quality.
- Implement automation solutions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure timely and effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights and reports to senior management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to instrumentation and control systems.
- Utilize enterprise software to track maintenance activities, inventory, and spare parts management.
- Integrate programmable logic controller/distributed control system systems with other control systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering/Electronics (B.E./B.Tech.)
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Control and Instrumentation
- Experience with chemical processing facility automation
- Proficiency in enterprise resource planning software for maintenance management and reporting
- Knowledge of programming & maintaining programmable logic controller/ distributed control system (Siemens, ABB & Yokogawa)
