Software Development Expert Wanted

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly with Java development and cutting-edge technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to all aspects of software development, from architecture to design to estimation to development to testing and release. They will partner with product owners, software architects, and other software engineers to turn high-level requirements into product enhancements that are delivered to customers incrementally.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain large-scale production applications using Java and Spring Boot
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and services
  • Contribute to improvements in processes and deliverables that increase the effectiveness of the team
  • Monitor and troubleshoot large-scale production applications

The ideal candidate will be comfortable presenting demos of working software and addressing questions about progress. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of production level Java development experience
  • Hands-on experience with Java Development and good problem-solving skills
  • Experience working on Spring/Spring-Boot Framework
  • Experience using Terraform to build infrastructure as code
  • Experience building scalable systems and services in the cloud
  • Experience with multi-repo GIT code bases and REST-based web services
