Program Management Office Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management Office (PMO) Specialist to join our organization's team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about project management and want to make a meaningful contribution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide essential project management support in the execution of risk transformation initiatives
  • Assist in managing the complete project lifecycle, from planning to delivery
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication throughout the project
  • Analyze data and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Extensive PMO experience
  • Strong understanding of project management and portfolio management methodologies
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, Teams Planner)
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and project delivery lifecycles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
