
Accounting Department Telecommunication Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Calling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, manage student data records, and prepare payment schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make daily calls to students regarding due or pending fees.
- Conduct regular follow-ups via phone calls, emails, SMS, and reminders.
- Update and maintain accurate data in software and Google Sheets on a daily basis.
- Prepare and manage payment schedules in software.
- Maintain a follow-up tracker to monitor pending payments and actions taken.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Head for reporting and escalation of overdue cases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Clear and Fluent Communication in English (verbal & written).
- Basic Mathematics Skills ability to calculate amounts, percentages, and totals.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets & MS Excel (knowledge of formulas like SUM, AVERAGE, PERCENTAGE, etc.).
- Basic Accounting Knowledge understanding of GST invoices and basic billing terms.
- Strong persuasion, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Accounts background preferred).
- 13 years of experience in telecalling, accounts follow-up, or a similar role.
