  • Proven hands-on experience managing complex outsourcing relationships and contracts within regulated environments, demonstrating expertise in compliance.">
  • In-depth understanding of key TPRM regulations relevant to heavily regulated business sectors, including direct compliance experience with global banking regulations such as OCC, ECB, and CPS230.">
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex risk concepts effectively to senior executives and stakeholders.">
  • Relevant professional certifications, such as Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), are highly desirable.">

Sales Efforts:

Drive sales efforts for TPRM solutions by engaging with potential clients, identifying opportunities, and demonstrating how our offerings can address their specific risk management challenges.

Strategic Insights:

Provide expert insights to senior leadership regarding the integration of TPRM solutions into broader organizational strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Client Engagement:

">

Interact directly with senior stakeholders, including CIOs, CISOs, CFOs, CROs, and COOs, to communicate best practices in TPRM, share valuable insights, and identify potential risk exposures.

Risk Assessments:

">

Oversee comprehensive risk assessments of complex outsourcing relationships and contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks such as OCC, ECB, and CPS230.

Regulatory Compliance:

">

Stay informed of regulatory changes and industry standards, continuously assessing compliance and developing strategies to mitigate risks associated with third-party engagements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and analyze third-party vendors, addressing financial, operational, technical, and reputational risks associated with their engagements.

Innovative Practices:

Investigate and report on the applications of artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced analytics within the TPRM landscape, advising on potential initiatives and technologies for optimizing risk management practices.

Training and Development:

Lead training sessions and workshops on TPRM best practices for stakeholders throughout the organization, fostering a culture of risk awareness and proactive management.
