Senior Credit Card Tester

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 7 to 10 years of experience in Manual Testing, specializing in Credit Card systems and Authorization processes. This position requires strong expertise in testing various credit card functionalities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To lead and execute comprehensive manual testing for different credit card features.
  • To specialize in Authorization processes and ensure their accuracy and robustness.
  • To define and understand test scope for complex credit card features.
  • To develop and maintain detailed Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Effort Estimations.
  • To monitor and report on test execution progress using Trackers & Defect Metrics.
  • To participate in and lead Defect Triage Meetings and drive issues to resolution.
  • To identify risks and escalate them to relevant stakeholders, proposing effective mitigation plans.
  • To provide regular project status reports to internal and external stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7-10 years' experience in Manual Testing of Credit Card systems.
  • Strong background and proven experience in Authorization processes and validations.
  • Able to understand and define the test scope for diverse credit card functionalities.
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Effort Estimations.
  • Experience in tracking and reporting test execution using Trackers & Defect Metrics.
  • Proven ability to participate in and lead Defect Triage Meetings.
  • Skill in identifying risks and suggesting mitigation plans.

  • Expertise in TS2 system.
  • Familiarity with Project Management Tools.
