Senior Test Lead and Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking seasoned professionals with expertise in card and payments processing platforms to lead testing activities for key modules.

The ideal candidates will possess hands-on experience in testing and supporting card management systems, as well as related responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute testing activities for card management systems, including CMS, FAS, TRAMS, and other related modules.
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure product quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development and functional teams for system analysis, issue resolution, and production support.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of card management processes, including credit, debit, and prepaid cards.
  • Support defect management and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fixes.
  • Analyze transaction processing workflows, such as authorization, settlement, and dispute management, to validate system functionality.
  • Configure and validate credit card lifecycle management rules, including credit limits, interest calculation, fees, payment hierarchies, and delinquency handling.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with card management systems covering credit, debit, and prepaid card processing.
  • Strong proficiency in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and Mainframe technologies, as well as knowledge of related tools and software.
  • Deep understanding of transaction processing workflows, including authorization, settlement, and dispute resolution.
  • Experience with system analysis, development testing, and providing production support.
  • Hands-on experience with credit card lifecycle management, including configuration of rules for credit limits, interest, fees, payment hierarchies, and delinquency management.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
