
Business Growth Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced Account Manager to lead the growth of our IT clients' businesses.
As the primary point of contact, you will build strong relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders to drive alignment with their IT and business goals.
Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end account lifecycle, from onboarding and project delivery to renewals and escalations. You will collaborate with delivery teams and technical consultants to ensure smooth execution of IT projects and managed services.
To succeed in this role, you will need to understand your clients' technology roadmaps and business challenges, positioning our company's IT solutions and consulting services effectively.
Strong negotiation skills are also required to lead contract negotiations and ensure commercial terms are met.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to provide consultative insights to our clients.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience in account management, Client Success Manager, or similar role within IT services, system integration, or consulting firms.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Development.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
