About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our investments team, supporting analysis and research at every stage of the investment decision-making process. This role will be based in Gurgaon and involve working with a portfolio of clients.

The incumbent in this role should have a strong understanding of Global Capital Markets and a working knowledge of various Asset Classes and Investment Strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, and Delegated Solution clients
  • Analyze performance data for different investment options and overall plans
  • Communicate with investment and custodial teams to gather client-specific data for reporting
  • Manage client relationships and communications, including reviews and ramp-ups
  • Lead a team of analysts across different processes and own accountability for troubleshooting issues on projects
  • Drive Process Improvements and manage relationships with Business Process Owners and senior management
  • Ensure exceptional client experiences and compliance with internal and client policies
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders and train new hires on automation tools

Requirements:

">
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in finance or a related field
  • Graduate or Master's degree in finance (in addition to accounting, economics, or mathematics) and progress towards CFA and CIPM certifications
  • Strong understanding of investment-related terminology and proper usage in written and verbal communication
  • Experience in analyzing investment portfolios or researching investment managers outside India
  • Computations of returns (money weighted/time weighted) for Defined Benefit and NFP clients
  • Exposure to Global Capital Markets and working knowledge of various Asset Classes and Investment Strategies and performance attribution
  • Good command of MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word, PowerPoint)
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and work in a dynamic environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, business communication, and time management skills
