At our company, you will be engaged in performing back-end operations of US Mortgage domain. This role requires candidates with strong communication and critical thinking ability.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can develop and maintain thorough understanding of procedures and processes by participating in knowledge transfer sessions.

You will be responsible for operational activities aligning with procedural requirements such as documents review, indexing, etc. Achieving/exceeding KPIs (productivity, quality, etc.) is essential.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent command of the English language, be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and have basic Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities:
