Job Role: Experienced Data Engineer


Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled data engineer to lead the development of scalable data pipelines that integrate with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient data ingestion processes using batch, streaming, and API technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality data ingestion pipelines into AEP using Scala.
  • Create robust data mappings and transformations from source systems into XDM schemas using Python and Scala.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reconciliation across datasets using SQL and ETL/ELT development skills.
  • Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Solve complex debugging issues and collaborate with Adobe/vendor teams to implement fixes.
  • Document data pipelines, mappings, and transformation logic for sustainability and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced SQL, Python/Scala, and ETL/ELT development skills.
