Senior Leadership Position: Security and Compliance

Job Overview

A Senior Deputy Manager is a key member of the organization's security team, responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our global security infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of WAN and LAN security infrastructure.
  • Lead live disaster recovery activities and periodic drills to ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with server, storage, and network architecture teams to maintain optimal performance.
  • Manage a team of outsourced professionals to support daily operations and activities.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance standards.
  • Effectively integrate new technologies into our organizational framework.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset inventory records.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • 4-5 years of experience in Information Security, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with SIEM systems, event log management, patch management/antivirus/url web filtering, vulnerability assessment, checkpoint firewalls, ASA, ACS, PIM, DDoS, APT, and UTM solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as switching and routing, network monitoring tools.
  • Information system assessment, IT security, network security.
  • Strong understanding of information security standards and compliance requirements.

  • Determines security breaches and inefficiencies by conducting thorough reviews.
  • Upgrades systems by implementing and maintaining robust security controls.
  • Vendor management and SLA monitoring.
  • Defines, plans, scopes, schedules, and prepares comprehensive work breakdowns.
