Job Title: Performance Marketer

A high-impact performance marketer is sought after to oversee and scale advertising campaigns for US-based clients.

  • Develop and implement targeted strategies tailored to the US market.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives and messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and provide actionable insights based on analytics.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in digital marketing, hands-on experience with Ads, and a proven track record of generating qualified leads and delivering measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns for B2B lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Run A/B tests to continuously improve ad performance, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Manage campaign resources efficiently ensuring high ROI.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to stakeholders and clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance marketing.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Ads (Lead Gen Forms, Sponsored Content, InMail, etc.).
  • Proven experience working with US-based clients; understanding of the US market and customer behavior is essential.
  • Proficiency with Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
