Job Title

We are seeking a Sales Professional to build strong relationships with B2B partners, manage leads from inception to closure, and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to build enduring relationships with B2B partners such as Architects and Interior Designers.
  • Take ownership of leads from the first touchpoint to closure, meeting HNI and UHNI clients to understand their requirements and suggest appropriate natural stones.
  • Collaborate effectively with Operations, Logistics, and Finance departments to ensure optimal client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Track and review actual sales results against set business targets, analyzing periodic reports to identify market trends.

  • Exceptional Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent Interpersonal, Negotiation, and Conflict Resolution Skills.
  • Strong Analytical Skills.
  • Prior experience in luxury sales (at least 4 years) is highly advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's Degree in Management is preferred or at least 4 years of luxury sales experience.
